Gamma Phi Beta
Philanthropy

Camping has been the international philanthropic focus of Gamma Phi Beta since 1929. The Sorority's mission is to provide experiences and resources that build spiritual, mental, and social resiliency in girls. Similarly, Camp Fire USA and Girl Guides of Canada have been connecting kids and youth with camping for 100 years to help youth work within a group, make friends, build self esteem, and make good decisions. Together, these experiences help Camp Fire USA and Girls Guides of Canada achieve their missions of building caring, confident young women and future leaders. By working together collaboratively, Gamma Phi Beta, Camp Fire USA and Girl Guides of Canada intend to serve more girls, reach more undeserved girls and increase outreach to new populations, increase opportunities for caring adults and older youth to become mentors for girls, engage girls in service activities, and create safe and productive places for young women.

The Gamma Phi Beta Foundation works with collegiate and alumnae chapters to provide in-kind donations to charitable organizations supporting camping for girls. Click on the logo to find out more.
